Vasiliki Roussi begann ihre Karriere am Theater an der Wien bei Cats, war Mitglied des Schauspielensembles am Theater Basel und interpretierte in der Folge die großen Frauenfiguren des Musicals, wie Anita (West Side Story), Aurora (Kuss der Spinnenfrau), Sally Bowles (Cabaret), Aldonza / Dulcinea (Der Mann vonLa Mancha), Lucy (Jekyll&Hyde), Charity (Sweet Charity) oder Fosca (Passion). Sie spielte die Maria in Astor Piazzollas Maria de Bunenos Aires. 

Für ihre Verkörperung der Judy Garland in "Over the Rainbow" in Merzig erhielt sie 2019 von broadwayworld die Auszeichnung "Best Actress in a Play". Vor der Kamera arbeitete sie u.a. mit Xaver Schwarzenberger und war sowohl im Kino als auch imF ernsehen zu sehen (u.a. Der letzte Zeuge, Tatort, SOKO Leipzig, Die Mutprobe). Konzertauftritte: ein Kurt Weill-Programm mit der Weimarer Staatskapelle, Lieder von Edith Piaf und Jacques Brel gemeinsam mit dem Schauspieler Dominique Horwitz sowie ein Gershwin-Abend mit der Bigband der Oper Berlin. 

Die Rolle der Edith Piaf verkörpert sie in unterschiedlichen Inszenierungen und Häusern seit vielen Jahren, zuletzt mit großem Erfolg in "Spatz und Engel" am Renaissance Theater in Berlin.
